About Complements, LLC:  

          Complements, LLC is a small home-based company owned and operated by Lisa P. and G. Jorge Araiza.  Lisa designs and creates all of the jewelry, while Jorge master-minds the web aspects of the company.  All the jewelry pieces are skillfully designed and exquisitely handcrafted.  Thus, none are mass-produced and quantities are limited.  Consequently, you are assured of possessing a limited or "one-of-a-kind" specimen.   
  

       

Custom Orders: 

          We want our jewelry to fit you perfectly.  As  each piece is handcrafted, Lisa can easily customize an item specifically for you.  Just call or send her an e-mail referencing the item and the length you desire and she will follow-up.

      

Complements, LLC Guarantee: 

          We inspect each item prior toshipping to ensure it is free of imperfections.  Please remember that we use natural stones and variations in texture and color should be expected.  Should you require an adjustment to the length of the item purchased, please contact us by phone and we will work with you.

          We will be happy to provide a refund if for any reason you are not happy with the item you ordered.  The item MUST be returned to Complements, LLC within 14 days of the shipment date in its original, unused condition (including attached tags).  Returns arriving later than 14 days of the shipment date will incur a 50% restocking fee.  Shipping and Handling charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.  All returns must be accompanied by the Complements, LLC packing slip.  When you return an item, follow the instructions on the packing slip and please indicate the reason for the return.  If you paid for your order by credit card, credit will be issued and will appear on your billing statement.  (NOTE:  You may want to insure your return as we cannot be responsible for lost, damaged or misdirected returns.)
